IDX+ Support Requests

BEFORE YOU POST A SUPPORT REQUEST MAKE SURE IT HASN’T BEEN ANSWERED BY A PREVIOUS SUPPORT REQUEST OR BY OUR FORUM DOCUMENTS IN THE TIPS AND OTHER SECTIONS.

When making a request please include as much information as possible including your IDX+ release number, your WP release number, that all your plugins are current with the current release of WP. We’ve seen many issues simply due to an out of date plugin causing conflicts. Screen shots of your IDX+ and other pages incluging your website pages should also be attached to your request. If you need us to log into your site then we request you contact an IT support person to provide that support so we can speak the same technical language with them which will save lots of time analyzing the issue. Make sure you’ve deactivated your other plugins prior to submitting a support request to see if one of those plugins is causing a conflict.
